See removable and fixed land masses as you look up the street. The only City land section that is fixed in place so far supports the four buildings in the rear, center, though that may become "removable" too to ease track maintenance. The bridge (not visible here) connects Removable A with Fixed. Removable B is connected with Fixed by the seam, which should become less and less noticeable with layers of Smooth It and sanding. Removable B is the roadway that descends into this part of of the City from the section in the background.
